We offer proactive monitoring for free with every managed VPS. In the rare event of a failure, we get instantly notified and start working on it even before you may notice. Often a VPS may respond to ping requests, but the web server may be offline due to software issues. We take care of that too with our HTTP Monitor to ensure that the web server is online.
